At UrbanFeast, your satisfaction is our priority. We pride ourselves in providing delicious pizzas and excellent customer service. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Refund Policy outlined below will assist you with a return or refund.
Cancellation Before Delivery
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been delivered, please contact us immediately at +44 20 7946 0958. Orders that have not yet been prepared may be cancelled without any charges. However, if your order is already prepared or in the process of delivery, we will not be able to cancel it.
Returns and Refund After Delivery

Eligible returns include incorrect items delivered or items that are significantly different from what was ordered. If the error is confirmed after reviewing your report, we will either:
- Offer a replacement at no extra cost, or
- Refund the full purchase price of the relevant items back to your original method of payment in £.
Please note that due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns due to a change of heart. Refunds or redeliveries can only be processed if there was an error on our part or if the product received does not meet our quality standards.

Depending on the situation, we may require photographic evidence or a description of the issue to assist in our investigation.
Refund Process
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Non-Refundable Items

Late or Missing Refunds

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
